Multicultural Applications of Mastery Learning

Prof. Güzver Yıldıran's research interests include the replacement of stable characteristics with alterable ones in explaining human performance levels especially in learning situations; the two sigma effects of instructional methodologies (especially Mastery Learning) as well as other variables on learning outcomes; and the prediction and enhancement of early childhood performance, using learnable- teachable variables in norm-referenced as well as criterion-referenced instruments.
