Yarı insan, yarı titan Prometheus’un tanrılardan çalıp da insanlara verdiği ateş çok canlar yaktı. Gene insan eli ile çok insan yok etti… Belki de yarısından fazlasını yaşayan insanların… Ama bu Prometheus’un suçu değildi ki… O, insanların bilgisi gelişsin diye vermişti bilgiyi ve ateşi… Bunun cezası, Zeus tarafından Demirci Tanrı Hephaistos eli ile zincirlenmektir Kafkas Dağları’ndaki kayalıklara. But the penalty Zeus set for this is to be chained on the rocks of the Mount Caucasus by the very hands of the Blacksmith God Hephaestus, and his liver to be eaten by the eagle brought by Zeus from the New World... Who knows, maybe it is still being eaten; and maybe this is the retribution for giving mankind the fire and the knowledge.
