This Master’s Thesis (MsC) prepared in 1985, to Cooperate Post-Graduate Program between Department Of City And Regional Planning and Department Of Restoration, Middle East Technical University, Ankara.This Msc. Thesis title is “A Research Within A Historical Perspective On Suluhan (The Hasan Pasha Inn) It’s Transformation And Relations With The City Center Of Ankara”. Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Gönül TANKUTBetween 1982-1987; in Ankara Metropolitan Municipality; Mehmet Tuncer played an active role in the initiation of planning studies for Ulus Historical City Center, Hacı Bayram Mosque and Inner Citadel (Kaleiçi), and in the organization of national plan and project competitions for Ulus and Kaleiçi.The books “Historical Environmental Protection Policies: ANKARA” and “Ankara (Angora) City Center Development (14th-20th century)”, which were the works of this period, were published by the Ministry of Culture in the early 2000s.This book is a reproduction of the original master’s thesis.
