Turkish Family Law

Family is the core of the society and it is the marital union in the narrowest sense. Family in the broader sense is the establishment composed of ascendants, descendants, spouses, brothers and sisters. Family Law is the part of Civil Law which regulates all sorts of relations between persons among families. Throughout this book, main subjects of Turkish Family Law such as, engagement, marriage, divorce and consequences of divorce will be thoroughly discussed.
