But Mr. Ramsay gives up this decision due to bad weather. Years later their dream comes true under the war circumstances which change Ramsay family and the public.  Written with stream of consciousness technique, Virginia Woolf reveals details of her own living beyond Ramsays’ life and she mentions social problems, as well as philosophical thouhts.
