"Turkey in the New Century" consists of Ismail Cem's articles, speeches, letters which were originally produced by the author in Engilis or French, published in the international press or addressed to foregin audiences. The only exception is an introductory chapter, "A New Approach to Foreign Policy" which was added to this revised edition.
